Within the next 2 seconds, Surge consumes 50% of the damage of the next incoming hit and uses the energy to reload 2 ammo.
Serve Ice Cold
Surge keeps his STAGE 1 Super upgrade for the full match duration.
Damage
Deal 15% extra Damage when your Brawler is below 50% Health.
Shield
Gain extra 900 Health as a consumable Shield. The shield regenerates in 10 seconds, when at full health.

You always wanna start fast in the game mode your playing, for example brawl ball.
And because of that the "Serve Ice Cold" star power is the best, it also works great with the shield gear because you can get fast and tanky at the same time. Now for your gadget choose Power shield as it grant you protection to 50% damage and turn the damage to "2" ammo lasting only 2 seconds the gadget, with the extra 2 ammo on top of your already 3 ammo, you wanna have the damage gadget so when below 50% health you can deal 15% more damage with your ammo which is at 5 (if gadget is used).

Brawl Ball
Attack tank at beggining but when stage 2 attack assasins and then stage 3 you attack marksman
Showdown
Switch your star power to "To the max" if the map has walls to make your shots split
Works Well With
Kenji
Runnaway, as he can catch you. Use the distance to shoot
Jacky
Don't get too close, because Jacky only has certaint range.
Shade
Be careful around him, and make sure he isn't near a wall, but besides that you can use the advantage of him being a close range
